SEQUENCE OF EVENTS RECORDING |
 |
|
OMNIFLEX Sequence of
Events Recorders offer rapid analysis of the cause of failure after
multiple events have occurred.
Minimise plant downtime and maximise root cause
discovery with secure recording of events in their sequence of occurrence.

| For large SER applications requiring resolution to 1 millisecond and
event streaming to SCADA or an independent database then the MAXIFLEX is the
ideal product. Large local event buffers, input
chatter filtering and programmable time delays on inputs ensure that
every event is captured even in high avalanche conditions.

| Designed to protect large, costly
machines from damage or malfunction, the OmniWatch Machine Monitor
offers 5-in-1 functionality. It provides continuous supervision of
temperature and other important variables with alarm and trip outputs,
signal re-transmission, on-line operator viewing, sequence of events
recording, built-in alarm annunciation and networking capability in
one convenient panel mount instrument. Each
input can be directly connected to sensors such as RTD's or
thermocouples, and is continuously monitored and compared against it's
setpoint. The moment any variable is detected out of limits the
event is logged, the alarm is displayed on the operator panel, and the
alarm/trip output is activated. Previously recorded events can be
viewed from the front panel of the instrument, and events and status
information can be read over the network by SCADA or DCS systems.
