Use the Omniterm LPS Current Loop Splitter to create two additional independently isolated current loops from a single 0-20/4-20mA current loop. The Omniterm LPS is 24Vdc powered and is fully isolated (input/output1/output2/power supply).

OVERVIEW

The Omniterm LPS current loop splitter is designed to create two additional current loop signals from an existing current loop without affecting the integrity of the first loop. Use the LPS to repeat current loops into SCADA, PLC and DCS systems.

This 24Vdc powered module accepts 0-20mA oor 4-20mA input, and creates two secondary 0-20mA or 4-20mA outputs that repeat the input current. The input, outputs and power supply are each isolated from the other allowing this instrument to be inserted into any current loop without creating ground loops significantly affecting the impedance of the loop, even if the repeated output current loops are grounded (as is common with PLC and DCS inputs).
