Mini-jack programming cable with integral isolation, DB9 RS232 connector for PC comm port and 3.5mm Mini-Jack for Omniflex programming ports. Supplied with OmniSet Config software.
The Omniflex Mini-Jack Programming cable is designed to be used to configure all OMNIFLEX products equipped with a "mini-jack" programming socket.
Simply plug the "DB9"connector end of the cable into a standard serial port of a Windows PC, and the mini-jack end into the programming socket of the OMNIFLEX product to be configured.
Using the Omniset Configuration Software, the correct template file for the product to be configured, and this programming cable, any OMNIFLEX product equipped with a "mini-jack" programming socket may be configured quickly and easily, even while installed on the plant,
Full isolation in the cable ensures that any stray voltages present in the plant do not get to your computer keeping it safe from transients and ground loops.
For hard to reach places, use with a standard 3.5mm miniature stereo jack extension cable.
